Aromatherapy around the home

I am very excited to be chatting with Natallia Maguire. She runs a thriving fitness business teaching Pilates, yoga, Zumba and much more up here in the North of Scotland and online. But we’re not here to talk exercise. Cut Flowers ! 🌷

I do enjoy some cut flowers in the house from time to time but have to admit I don’t usually do too much with them. 🤔When I discovered alstroemerias lasted for ages, looked fab in any colour and were great value they became my “go to” easy option.
