Review: I spent time with Jodi looking at how I manage my time. With Jodi’s guidance, I quickly realised that I had some unhelpful beliefs around relaxation and in fact was cramming too many things into my day which was leaving me feeling overwhelmed.
Using the tools Jodi provided, I am learning to manage my time more effectively and feel less guilty about having time for me. I have learnt that I can’t be “superwoman” and do sometimes need help from others and that is okay.

You will need to commit to around 2 hours per week to this to make the most of the programme.

STEP 1: Now you've decided to make this investment in yourself let's workout a schedule. 4 weeks is an ideal time to complete the course with weekly sessions together . However, if you would prefer to spread it over a longer period that is possible. Message or call me to arrange our slots.
STEP 2: Reserve your spot by making payment. If you prefer you can pay in instalments 50% prior to commencement and 50% half way through.
STEP 3: As soon as you've received worksheet 1 you can get cracking and start to feel the difference.
