One to one session options which can be face to face or over a video call.


Basic Time Management Session
Getting together on a regular basis to explore your issues with time can be very beneficial.to both your physical and mental health.
Initially, we review your current patterns and thoughts. Your objectives are then identified before looking at how to work towards achieving those goals.
Each person differs in their circumstances and this service can reflect the individuals needs.
On-going 1 hour sessions 

This introductory session will give you a flavour of the current ideas behind great time management. 


We can then start to explore some of these principles and how they might benefit you.
